Your questions deserve a personal reply. Your information deserves care.

When you contact us
We use the information you send to answer your questions, discuss whether the school is a fit, and follow up about enrollment. Alex reviews inquiries personally and keeps family notes in our private leads tool.
Our forms use Web3Forms to deliver your message to our school email. Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. These services process information needed to provide those services. Our application form delivers to the same school inbox, and embedded videos use YouTube.
Website analytics
When enabled, our private dashboard counts page views, link clicks, tuition-detail opens, form starts, and successful form responses. It helps us understand which pages are useful and how families find the school.
We use a random ID in this browser tab to group activity into a visit, expiring after 30 minutes of inactivity. We record only known page and action labels, a broad referral category, screen-size category, and a numeric campaign ID when provided. Our analytics database does not store names, contact details, form answers, IP addresses, full browser details, or full referral URLs. We do not record your screen or keystrokes.
Reports cover up to 90 days. Older records are removed in batches when new activity arrives or we open the dashboard; if neither happens, deletion may be delayed. Cloudflare hosts this data. Website analytics are separate from Meta advertising measurement and do not send these events to Meta.
Website analytics stay off until available for this visit.
This stops future collection in this browser and clears its visit ID. It does not remove activity already recorded. Repeat on other browsers or devices. We also respect supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Forms work either way.
How we measure our ads
Where enabled, we tell Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram, when a parent inquiry is accepted. This helps us understand which ads bring interested families and improve who sees our ads.
This may include a coded version of the parent's email address and phone number, an ad-click identifier, the inquiry time and page, and the browser's IP address and browser type. The coded contact details can still be matched to a person by Meta; they are not anonymous.
We do not send children's names or ages, your written answers, or our family notes to Meta. We do not load Meta's tracking script on these pages or send advertising page-view events.
Measurement is limited to eligible visits from North Carolina. It stays off for other or unknown locations, and when we receive a supported browser privacy signal or your opt-out choice. Contacting us and applying work either way.
Your ad choices
Ad measurement stays off unless it is available for this visit.
This saves your choice in this browser. Repeat it on other browsers or devices. It stops future sharing from this browser; it does not undo information already shared.
When measurement is available, a session cookie lets us apply your choice to pending inquiries. Limited ad attribution is kept in this tab for up to 30 minutes of inactivity. Our measurement database keeps random inquiry IDs and processing statuses to prevent repeated conversions and honor opt-outs. It does not keep your form answers or contact details.
You can also manage your choices in Meta's ad preferences. Learn how Meta uses information in its privacy policy.
Questions about your information?
Email [email protected] to ask about information you have shared, correct it, request its deletion, or ask us to stop enrollment follow-up. Please avoid including sensitive information about your child in an initial inquiry.
